BCSC Student Transfer Forms
Who should complete the transfer form?
The form must be filled out by the parent/legal guardian or the agency placing the student.

For transfers within the district: Submit the form to your student's current (home) school by March 15th.

For transfers from outside the district: Submit the form to the school you want your student to attend (first-choice school).

Out-of-District Transfers
Parents/Guardians who live outside the Bartholomew Consolidated School District (BCSC) may apply for a transfer if they want their child to attend a BCSC school. If a student is placed in a BCSC school by a court or agency, and their parent/guardian lives outside the district, a transfer form must be completed.
Important Notes
- Transfers are only approved if there is space at the requested school and the student is in good standing with their current school district.
- Students must reapply for an out-of-district transfer before entering middle school (6th grade) and high school (9th grade).
- Students must reapply for in-district transfers annually.
